Here is my dinner. I took that awesome photo, oh yeah. Anyways…
Caramelized Salmon
Ingredients
3 Pounds Salmon(I live with a lot of people)
1/2 cup agave syrup
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons dijion mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Mix your marinade and set aside. Rinse and pat your salmon dry. Place on a broiler pan(can be grilled also).
Sprinkle pepper on the salmon and brush on your marinade.
Broil your salmon and while it is cooking, continue to brush on marinade. Flip in the middle of cook time and brush the other side.
Fish is done when it is flakey with a fork. Took about 7-10 mins for me.
It was really yummy. I am sure that marinade would be good with chicken too!

must try this!!!! looks delish!
